Hello. Kitty here... PLEASE READ!

A couple of people have asked what they could do to help, well I have some ideas: 1) I could use a birthday person to help organize the birthdays and then go wish people a happy birthday during their birthday month. Maybe send out a message to people who aren't on the list and see if they want to be. This person could also work on the Sanrio character birthdays; we don't want to list them all bc there is so many, but maybe just the major ones. 2) Possible!! A secretary or general helper, I'm hoping puppykit will accept a promotion and then her job will become available. 3) A contest helper/co-ordinator. This person would help me think of contests and other fun events and help organize people to make prizes. Maybe send out reminders to people to enter, etc. If you're interested in one of these postions, write me at ~mermaidkitty. And as always, Jazzy has a say in who does what too.

I'm feeling better, thank you to everyone who has asked after me. It's part of my illness of depression, and I appreciate your thoughts and concerns.

Kitty update:

OK, I was extremely depressed right before Christmas, and it was all I could do to even pull myself out of bed. Things are a bit better, but I am really behind. The dreaded "they" wanted to put me on more medicine or in the hospital, but I made it through another holiday. For those of you that don't know I suffer from depression.

Work is going OK. Art classes are going slow and online job has cut hours. With the cold it's hard for me to sit for very long at the computer and I'm working on getting a new chair and/or computer desk.


Jazzy Update:

Jazzy, baby mew Darlene and Jazzy's boyfriend are all doing well. She is in school and hopes to get her AA soon and then it's off (hopefully) to get her Bachelor's degree.

Club Update:

OK, I have to get some help. Either that or I'm giving up and letting Jazzy do what she wants. I just can't work on the club for hours like I used to. Also the membership has topped 100 and people still want in.

So here are some options:

1) someone can step up and help me!
2) no one does and then there will be some changes made.

There are clubs on here that don't upload artwork they just link to their club members submitted artwork. That is a an option. Having someone take over submissions and/or new members would be another one. If you have ideas, mail me over at ~mermaidkitty and I would love to hear them.

No, the club's not closing, I'm just tired. And my energy level isn't good. Also I haven't been on DA since November. When you're depressed, you don't do the things you like because you don't want to do anything... except sleep (at least in my case).

Maybe I'll just let Jazzy take the reins for a while. I don't know. I really don't. I'm sorry. I feel like I let you all down. And that makes me sad. I do love you a lot.
